Comment Letter to House Financial Services Subcommittee re: Removing Barriers to Capital Access

The Small Business Investor Alliance submitted a letter regarding the “accredited investor” definition and related Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations to the Chairman and Ranking Member of the House Financial Services Committee ahead of the February 8 hearing, “Sophistication or Discrimination: How the Accredited Investor Definition Unfairly Limits Investment Access for the Non-wealthy and the Need for Reform”.
