Policy Recommendations Submitted to 44th Annual SEC Small Business Forum
On Thursday, April 11, SBIA participated in the annual Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Small Business Forum and submitted a series of policy recommendations. The Forum is an opportunity for market participants to engage with the Commission on small and midsize business capital formation and to provide policy recommendations to increase access to capital. Participants heard from SEC Commissioners and a number of industry experts on issues ranging from early-stage capital raising to growth stage and smaller funds to small cap companies entering the public markets.
